A manifold designed around the circuit
A custom hydraulic manifold brings the required valve functions into a defined installation envelope. It can reduce external connections and help organise the hydraulic circuit, but the result depends on the chosen functions, passage design, operating conditions and service requirements.
We design and arrange the supply of hydraulic valve blocks for a complete machine or a specific subsystem. Cartridge selection, port locations, pressure ratings, mounting points and access to adjustments are considered together.
Information needed for a manifold enquiry
- Hydraulic schematic or a written description of each required function.
- Nominal and peak pressures, required flows and duty cycle.
- Valve and cavity requirements, seals and hydraulic fluid.
- Port sizes, mounting position, space constraints and access for maintenance.
- Quantity, control voltage and electrical connection requirements.
Selection, integration and verification
HydraForce cartridges and controls, Bosch Rexroth Oil Control and Valvole Italia load-holding solutions can serve different application requirements. A common thread or cavity alone does not establish interchangeability: the function, flow paths, pilot arrangement and settings also require verification.
The quotation defines the design, manufacturing, assembly and testing responsibilities. Electrical integration and machine commissioning are included when agreed in the project scope.
