Valvole Italia load-holding applications
Load-holding and counterbalance valve selection depends on the hydraulic circuit and the load. We help define the information required for a Valvole Italia component or an integrated valve-block enquiry.
Describe the load and circuit
Provide the actuator details, direction of the load, hydraulic schematic, available pilot pressure and expected return-line pressure. The required behaviour during load movement is part of the specification.
Identify the exact valve
Include the full code, cavity or mounting interface, pilot arrangement, pressure setting and connections. A shared cavity does not by itself mean two valves are interchangeable.
Standalone valve or integrated block
The requirement may be a cartridge, a valve in a body, or a dedicated manifold. We discuss the installation envelope and how the hydraulic function interfaces with the rest of the machine.
