Hydraulics + controls
Electrohydraulic controls & machine integration
Hydraulics and controls considered as one application.
Connect the hydraulic function with the control requirement
A proportional valve needs more than a matching supply voltage. The driver, command signal, feedback, connectors and operating sequence must work with the hydraulic circuit. We coordinate these requirements when specifying a component, a manifold or a complete machine solution.
What we discuss before selecting the control hardware
- On/off or proportional operation and the required response of the hydraulic function.
- Existing controller and available analogue, digital or communication interfaces.
- Coil designation, supply voltage, driver requirements and connector arrangement.
- Sensors, feedback and the behaviour required when a signal or power supply is lost.
- Environment, cable routing and access for diagnostics.
Machine-wide integration
Our hydraulic work can be coordinated with specialists in electrical engineering and automation. Programming, panels, integration, commissioning and validation responsibilities are agreed in the scope; they should not be assumed from a valve or controller catalogue entry.
For an existing machine, include the controller model, wiring diagram and the full code of the installed valve or driver. This helps distinguish a replacement component request from a wider control-system change.
