Modular valves are used for one simple reason: easy configuration. The main disadvantage is the installation of the valve on the valve, which means that the block is built "upwards". However, to this day, it is the most frequently chosen solution for prototypes. For serial production or limited space, etc., dedicated valve blocks are used – please refer to our offer in this area in the cartridge valves tab. We offer Eaton Vickers DGM 3/5 SystemStak modular valves and Yuken M-01/3/4 modular/plate valves as throttling valves for indirectly controlled distributors, thus eliminating pressure peaks and impacts during overdrive. Increasingly, plate versions with cartridge valves are used, which allows us to easily change the function or parameters only by replacing the valve. Please familiarize yourself with the Eaton and Hydraforce versions especially for more demanding / special applications, because we have a choice of versions with a proportional overflow valve, flow regulator or reduction-overflow version also in the proportional version. A very interesting product is also a very accurate flow regulator Yuken FC, FCG with an accuracy of 0.02 liters. The standard product in industrial systems are Yuken BG, BSG overflow valves and Yuken CRG, CPDG check and check-controlled valves.

Modular/plate valves
Connection plates
As Salus Hydraulics, we offer connection plates for hydraulic distributors ES06, ES10, ES16 only with side outputs, which greatly facilitates installation. Some plates also contain overflow valves so that we do not have to add another block, and the whole structure is a little cheaper.
