Multi-piston axial variable/constant displacement motors – Eaton, Dowmax
Salus hydraulics has a wide range of hydraulic motors. Starting with the low-speed high-torque multi-piston axial engines Eaton Dowmax ME and their 2-speed version Eaton Dowmax MK. There is also a version with eaton Dowmax MB brake. Another group are multi-piston axial motors of variable and constant absorbency Eaton 741, 743, 746, 71392, 72450 encoded Eaton AAV, AAJ, AAK, AAZ, AAM, ACT. The choice is wide, and in general they are characterized by optional built-in valves and a speed sensor. For higher pressures and absorbency, Eaton Duraforce HMV, HMR, HMF, HMA multi-piston axial motors with Eaton codes 531AW0, 530AW0, 533AW0 have been dedicated – depending on whether we want the engine for a closed or open system. The biggest plus of these engines is the compact design in relation to other manufacturers. The offer is complemented by Eaton JMV engines with built-in transmission used mainly driving motors
With constant absorbency – "Bent axis"
Multi-piston motors of constant absorbency, the so-called "Bent axis" – Sunfab
"Bent axis" engines are widely used primarily in mobile applications and in the offshore market. High rotational speeds and high operating pressure. The company distinguishes two types of motors: Sunfab SAM with an aluminum body for lower rotational speeds, but thanks to the aluminum housing anti-corrosion and Sunfab SCM motor that can work in the range of up to 8000 revolutions.
