Multi-piston axial variable displacement pumps
Industrial applications are putting more and more emphasis on energy consumption, and on the other hand, in industrial plants there are noise standards that oblige us to use components with low noise emission. Salus Hydraulics in this area has a wide range of Multi-Piston Axial Hydraulic Pumps Yuken A, AR (light version) as well as Eaton Vickers PVM (Eaton Vickers 123AL0) multi-piston axial hydraulic pumps, which Eaton places special emphasis on, as it has been developed for years to replace the old Eaton Vickers PVH, PVQ series of hydraulic pumps.
Silent version
For open layouts
Due to the fact that mobile applications are more and more demanding, they force manufacturers to introduce new solutions.
The answer to this state of affairs are Yuken A3HG axial multi-piston pumps – this is a relatively new design – constantly being developed and the Eaton X20 series. These are Multi-piston Eaton AEC, ADU, ADY (Eaton 222AK0, 421AK0, 622AK0 depending on the expense).
Also available as an option under Fan drive. For very demanding systems, we recommend the Eaton Duraforce HPR axial multi-piston pump (Eaton Duraforce 630AW0, 639AW0), which can operate up to 500 bar in peak and is the most compact pump on the market.
For closed systems
Salus Hydraulics offers 2 series of multi-piston axial hydraulic pumps for closed systems. The first series of Eaton 70160, 70360, 72400 belongs to pumps with medium pressure, i.e. up to 350 bar. It is characterized by a large number of regulators (including mechanical), configuration and tandem option. For this reason, the pump family is quite large – Eaton ADB, ACV, AAD, ADD, AAE, AAF, ACG, ACH, ACJ, ADV. For more advanced applications, the Eaton DuraForce HPV series is used. The main advantages of this pump, in addition to high pressures (up to 500 bar), include the compactness of the construction (Eaton Duraforce 560AW0, 569AW0). This pump is much smaller than pumps with similar parameters from other companies.

All because they have two main advantages: they are quiet, and for this they have a very small pressure pulsation. We can choose from Eaton Vickers V10, V20 hydraulic vane pumps and their combinations Eaton Vickers V2010, V2020 vane pumps. Vickers has also developed versions of Eaton Vickers vane pumps 20V, 25V 35V, 45V, 2520V, 3520V, 3525V, 4520V, 4535V. As for the Yuken company, the topic is clearer we have Yuken PV2R vane pumps. Some plants have Yuken SVPF variable displacement vane pumps and Eaton Vickers VVP, VVS. These series are being withdrawn from the market, however, Eaton Vickers VVP120 and VVPH120 pumps are still very popular.
Mobile
Due to the high working culture, vane pumps for mobile systems began to be produced. Characterized by a higher pressure of almost 300 bar and a rotational speed of up to 3000 revolutions per minute. We offer Eaton Vickers VMQ 1, 2, 3 vane pumps (depending on the number of pumps 3 means triple pump) and a more extensive family Eaton Vickers 20VQ, 25VQ, 35VQ, 45VQ and their modifications of Eaton Vickers vane pumps 2520VQ, 3520VQ, 4520VQ, 4525VQ, 4535VQ. Yuken, on the other hand, released the Yuken HPV2M, HPV3M series of vane pumps and their combinations – Vane pumps Yuken HPV22M, HPV32M.

Despite the increasing emphasis on products with greater efficiency, gear pumps are still the most widely used pumps on the market. This is mainly due to the low price and availability on the market.
